- Incorrect book received
- Reported within 7 days
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used books
- Special editions
- Imported books (unless damaged)
3. Refund Process
- Verified after supplier approval
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
4. Order Cancellation
- Allowed before shipping
- Not allowed after dispatch
